The National Weather Service has issued heat advisories for the region. They are in effect from noon to 9 p.m. Saturday in Orange County, from noon Saturday to 10 p.m. Monday in Sullivan County and eastern Ulster County, and noon Sunday to 10 p.m. Monday in western Ulster County.
