While we will see sunny skies and temperatures in the 40s today and tomorrow, the National Weather Service has issued a winter storm watch that will be in effect from late Tuesday night until 4 a.m. Thursday in Sullivan County, 6 a.m. Thursday in Orange County and 7 a.m. Thursday in Ulster County.
