Winter storm warnings are in effect for Orange County until noon and eastern Ulster County until 3 p.m., while winter weather advisories are in effect for Sullivan County until 9 a.m. and western Ulster County until 3 p.m. Snow will come to an end by around 10 a.m. in Orange County, 11 a.m. in Ulster County and noon in Sullivan County.
