Phoenicia woman pleads guilty to helping partner commit suicide

A Phoenicia woman pleaded guilty on Friday to intentionally helping her partner, local musician John "Johnny Asia" Owings Jr., commit suicide last year, according to the Ulster County District Attorney's Office.
