The Ulster County Sheriff's Office said deputies responded to the scene on Route 209 near the Hurley town line around 1:45 p.m. Thursday and found Cindy A. Cashdollar, 62, of Woodstock, out of her vehicle and being treated by volunteer medical personnel.
