Ex-Kingston woman pleads guilty to welfare fraud
Former Kingston resident Jenna Fabbie, 33, was extradited from Florida and entered a guilty plea to third-degree welfare fraud, a felony, the Ulster County District Attorney's Office announced Monday. http://ift.tt/2sjVFx2
