The Ulster County Sheriff's office says it happened in the town of Gardiner on Tuesday at Brunswick Road and Route 44 just before 11 a.m. They say 31-year-old Dustin James was on a motorcycle that collided with a car at the intersection. James was taken to the hospital, where he died.
