Kerhonkson man charged with drug possession

The Ulster County Sheriff's Office said deputies observed Thomas M. Ahearn, 29, of Kerhonkson, engage in a hand-to-hand drug transaction on Plattekill Avenue in the Village of New Paltz at 4:20 a.m. Saturday.
