A key player in an East Coast cocaine pipeline that supplied the Capital Region's illegal drug trade has lost his appeal at New York's top court. The Court of Appeals unanimously rejected arguments by the attorney for Norman Whitehead, 42, formerly of Ellenville, Ulster County.
