Hein demands Empire, HealthAlliance settle on deal

Ulster County Executive Mike Hein threatened Thursday to find different health coverage for his 4,000 county workers if Empire Blue Cross/Blue Shield and HealthAlliance of the Hudson Valley don't settle on a new deal soon.
