Ulster County comptroller files lawsuit against county exec, Legislature

KINGSTON Ulster County Comptroller Elliott Auerbach filed a lawsuit Wednesday against Ulster County Executive Mike Hein and the county Legislature over cuts made to the comptroller's office in the 2017 county budget.
