Utility contractors charged with stealing batteries from utility poles
HIGHLAND State police at the Highland Barracks arrested two utility subcontractors after, police said, they stole batteries from multiple sites across Ulster County while doing work for Time Warner Cable. http://ift.tt/2eB78OV
