TOWN of ULSTER, N.Y. -- At the Ulster County SPCA, pit bull Lulu can walk in the yard or just relax. Ulster County SPCA Executive Director Adam Saunders said Loechner was told by veterinarians that it wasn't true, but he still cut into the dog trying to remove the mites.
