Appellate court upholds Great Bend mana s 13-year prison sentence for having cocaine

A state appellate court Friday upheld the drug possession conviction and 13-year state prison sentence of a Great Bend man who, with others, possessed large amounts of drugs at a LeRay Street apartment. Jeffrey D. Fineout, 33, is serving a prison sentence at Eastern Correctional Facility, Ulster County, after being convicted at Jefferson County Court trial in January 2011 of third-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance, second-degree criminal possession of marijuana, two counts of criminally using drug paraphernalia and first-degree perjury.
