State Sen. George Amedore, R-Rotterdam, and Assemblyman Phil Steck, D-Colonie, both announced on Friday that they will seek re-election this fall. For Amedore, it will be his first re-election bid after beating out incumbent Democratic Sen. Cecilia Tkaczyk for the 46th Senate District seat in 2014.
