An annual tradition that benefits an Ulster County Organization will not happen this year due to financial troubles for the organization. Organizers of the "Clearwater's Great Hudson River Revival Festival," which would've been held over the summer in Westchester County, canceled the event because the Sloop 'Clearwater' is undergoing a costly restoration.
