Republican John Faso has leveled his first attack against Democrat Mike Hein in the race to fill the 19th Congressional District seat. Faso's campaign accused Hein in a Wednesday morning release of engaging in "an elaborate and orchestrated charade to run for Congress in New York's 19th congressional district while on the Ulster County payroll as a full time executive."
