WAWARSING An Ellenville man was charged Friday with damaging property during a domestic dispute and preventing the victim from calling 911, the Ulster County sheriff's office said on Monday. Richard Schonbrun, 49, was arrested by deputies responding around 8:05 p.m. to a residence on Cherry Lane in the Town of Wawarsing.
