Central Hudson is reporting that 734 customers are without power in Orange County, including parts of the City of Newburgh, Cornwall and Montgomery, and 807 customers are without power in Ulster County, including the sections of the towns of Hurley, Marlborough, Rochester, Ulster, Wawarsing and Woodstock.
