Ever since word got out that a Casino wasn't coming to the area, increased efforts have been underway to breathe life back into the local economy. "There needed to be additional answers, so we worked with the community and a whole group of community leaders to identify the best ways to be able to put money in the Ellenville area that would make the biggest impact," said Ulster County Executive Mike Hein.
