Wednesday evening, Ulster County Executive Mike Hein will sign a resolution, officially implementing recommendations for the Ellenville Million, $1 million devoted to improving the county without a casino. "We have a lot of people that stop in my office everyday looking for employment and there's no jobs," said town of Wawarsing Supervisor Leonard Distel.
