Ulster County Executive Proposes Two Animal Abuse Prevention Laws

Each year, the Ulster County SPCA investigates about 150 animal abuse cases. One of those cases was a couple of weeks ago, when officials said a Pine Bush woman was found hoarding more than 40 animals at her home.
