Tuthilltown Spiritsa distiller goes out on his own

Joel Elder has left his position as master distiller at Tuthilltown Spirits, the Ulster County operation that was a pioneer in New York State's craft distilling explosion, to run his own consulting business. He certainly has the language of consultancy down cold.
