Ulster County car dealer to refund $17,000, pay $10,000 for overcharging customers

A Toyota dealer that tacked on a bogus $650 "processing fee" at the end of customer's car leases has agreed to pay about $27,000 after being brought to court by state Attorney General Eric Schneiderman.
