Ulster County Executive Mike Hein blames Assemblyman Kevin Cahill for $5M loss in revenue

Ulster County and its municipalities lost $5.36 million in sales tax revenue in December 2013 and January 2014 as compared with the same period a year earlier, says Ulster County Executive Mike Hein.
