Central Hudson adds to Ulster businesspeople to board

Two businesspeople who live in Ulster County have been appointed to the board of directors for Central Hudson Gas & Electric Corp. Mary Madden, the president and CEO of Hudson Valley Federal Credit Union, and Mark Kastner, president of engineering firm Chazen Cos., joined the board, according to a press release from Central Hudson.
